Multiple symptoms of diabetic nephropathy2017-01-25 17:18
First, qualitative urine sugar is a simple method for screening of diabetic nephropathy, but there may be false negative and positive, so the determination of blood glucose is the main basis for the diagnosis.
Second, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAE) 20 ~ 200 g/min, is an important index for the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy; when UAE is more than 200 g/min or routine examination of urine protein positive (urine protein greater than 0.5g/24h), which is diabetic nephropathy. Urinary sediment generally did not change significantly, more white blood cell that urinary tract infection; a large number of red blood cells, suggesting that there may be other causes of hematuria.
Third, diabetic nephropathy, endogenous creatinine clearance rate decreased and blood urea nitrogen, creatinine increased.
Fourth, the dynamic renal glomerular filtration rate (GFR) increased and the renal volume was increased by B-mode ultrasonography. GFR was significantly decreased in uremia, but renal volume was not significantly reduced.
Fifth, fundus examination, fundus fluorescein angiography when necessary, can be seen in diabetic retinopathy, such as micro aneurysms.
