Hepatitis B can cause glomerulonephritis?

2017-05-06 09:50

Suffering from hepatitis B, other diseases also came one after another with hepatitis B virus infection in the human body, the immune response to form immune complexes glomerular injury or hepatitis B virus direct invasion of renal tissue caused by glomerulonephritis, this type of nephritis called hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis.

In patients with hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis, proteinuria, hematuria and nephrotic syndrome are the main symptoms. One of the most typical pathological changes is membranous nephropathy. The incidence of hepatitis B virus infection with glomerulonephritis is about 6.8%~20.0%, which is more common in children.

The pathogenesis of this disease has not yet been elucidated, but a large number of studies have shown that hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis is mainly caused by the following ways:

First, the hepatitis B virus antigen antibody complex is deposited in the glomerular immune damage, which can be caused by two forms:

1, circulating immune complexes: mainly is the hepatitis B virus infection in the human body, and the serum antibody formation of immune complexes in the blood circulation, deposition in the glomerular capillary loops, activation of immune damage and disease.

2, in situ immune complex: mainly low molecular weight of hepatitis B virus e antigen through the first implantation of glomerular epithelial basement membrane and under the hepatitis B virus e antibody combined with in situ formation of immune complexes deposited on glomerular subepithelial disease.

Two, the virus directly infected kidney cells:

The researchers found HBVDNA in the kidney tissue of patients with hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis, fully demonstrated that the hepatitis B virus may directly infect the kidneys.

Three, hepatitis B virus infection caused by autoantibodies and cellular immune damage:

Injury and autoimmune function defects have a great relationship, hepatitis B virus infection can stimulate the body to produce a variety of autoantibodies such as DNA antibody, anti antibody and other components of the cytoskeleton; damage caused by cytotoxic T cells on target cell immunity of hepatitis B virus infection will target cells, induce autoimmunoreaction.

Through the study found that hepatitis B virus antigen on the kidney damage, so the hepatitis B patients is also a large group of kidney disease.
