2, rapid progressive glomerulonephritis
Acute onset, early clinical manifestations of the acute nephritis is similar, but the symptoms are severe, progress rapidly, after several weeks to months for the development of renal failure and uremia, known as rapidly progressive nephritis syndrome, prognosis. The main pathological morphology was diffuse crescentic glomerulonephritis.

3, nephrotic syndrome
Slow onset, is the main clinical manifestations of proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, edema and hyperlipidemia, which is called "three high and one low", appeared pathological types of nephrotic syndrome, mainly glomerulonephritis, minimal change disease diffuse diffuse membranous glomerulonephritis, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis diffuse mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, the etiology and pathogenesis of these different types of different prognosis.

4, chronic glomerulonephritis
The proteinuria, hematuria, hypertension, edema and other clinical manifestations of delayed healing of more than one year, the gradual emergence of various manifestations of chronic renal failure, poor prognosis. All kinds of pathological types of glomerulonephritis can be seen as a result of persistent disease.

5, asymptomatic proteinuria or hematuria
Can rapid or slow onset, the main clinical manifestations were hematuria or microscopic hematuria and proteinuria, no other obvious symptoms of nephritis, it is also called the occult nephritis syndrome.
