Renal and ureteral calculi2017-01-24 16:51
According to the size, shape and location of the stones, commonly used in the following surgical methods:
1 lithotomy of pelvis or renal sinus: incision of pelvis, remove the stones, staghorn calculi or renal calyceal stones, sometimes to the renal sinus renal pelvis lithotomy.
2 renal parenchyma incision stone extraction: kidney stones larger, can not be taken through the renal sinus incision stone, need to cut the kidney parenchyma.
3 partial nephrectomy: suitable for a lot of kidney stones (in the lower pole of the kidney), or in the expansion and poor drainage of the calyces, the kidney or renal calculi with a resection.
4 nephrectomy: one side renal calculus with severe hydronephrosis or pyonephrosis, has led to severe renal damage or loss of function, and on the side of good renal function, renal resection is feasible.
5 ureterolithotomy: ureteral stones greater than 1 cm in diameter or stones caused by urinary obstruction or urinary tract infection, non surgical treatment of patients with ureteral stones.
6 sets of stone surgery: ureteral calculi less than 0.6 cm in diameter, can be carried out by cystoscopy with a special set of basket or taking catheter.
